We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) located in Germany. The server is managed via the self-hosting platform Coolify.

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. These include: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of server request, and IP address.

This data cannot be attributed to specific persons. This data is stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website).

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. An encrypted connection is indicated by "https://" in the browser address bar and a lock icon.

When SSL/TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

5. Waitlist (Email Collection)

On our website, you can sign up for a waitlist by providing your email address. Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

The following data is collected: email address and time of registration.

Your email address is used to inform you about the launch of our website or services. For waitlist management, your email address is shared with our email marketing platform Brevo (see Section 7).

6. Email Delivery / SMTP

We use an SMTP server to send confirmation emails. Your email address and the time of registration are transmitted to the mail server. This is necessary for the provision of the service (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

7. Email Marketing / Brevo

We use the service Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) by Brevo SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France, to manage our waitlist.

When you sign up for the waitlist, your email address, registration date, and selected language are transmitted to and stored by Brevo.

Brevo acts as a data processor; a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Brevo. Data is processed on servers within the EU.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). You may revoke your consent at any time and request deletion of your data from Brevo. To do so, please contact: hi@mynd.love

8. Cookies and Web Analytics

This website uses a cookie consent banner. Your cookie preferences are stored in your browser (localStorage). No cookie in the technical sense is set.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-WEEBECNX7T), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is only activated with your explicit consent (Consent Mode v2).

The following data is collected: page views, session duration, device and browser used, approximate location (country/region). IP addresses are anonymized. The maximum storage period is 14 months.
