We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

3. Hosting

This website is maintained by burghardt.studio (Florian Burghardt, Hugo-John-Straße 8, 99086 Erfurt, Germany) as technical service provider. It runs on a server that burghardt.studio rents from Contabo GmbH, Welfenstraße 22, 81541 Munich, Germany; Contabo acts on behalf of burghardt.studio. The data centre is located in France, i.e. within the European Union. The server is managed via the self-hosting platform Coolify.

The hosting provider automatically processes information that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the server request and IP address. The IP address is only used to deliver the page to your device and is not stored in the access logs.

The remaining data (addresses without parameters) may appear in a technical log used for troubleshooting. It is not combined with other data sources, is continuously overwritten depending on the volume of data and is deleted at the latest with every update of the website. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation of the website).

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. An encrypted connection is indicated by "https://" in the browser address bar and a lock icon.

When SSL/TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

5. Waitlist (Email Collection)

On our website, you can sign up for a waitlist by providing your email address. Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

The following data is collected: email address and time of registration.

Your email address is used to inform you about the launch of our website or services. It is stored in a file on our server and processed by the automation system n8n, which our service provider operates on a server in the EU.

6. Email Delivery / SMTP

We use an SMTP server to send confirmation emails. Your email address and the time of registration are transmitted to the mail server. This is necessary for the provision of the service (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

7. Email Marketing

We currently do not use any external email marketing service. Your email address is not shared with third parties. The legal basis for the waitlist is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). You may revoke your consent at any time and request deletion of your data: hi@mynd.love

This website uses a cookie consent banner. Your cookie preferences are stored in your browser (localStorage). No cookie in the technical sense is set.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-WEEBECNX7T), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is only loaded after your explicit consent; before that, your browser does not connect to Google.

The following data is collected: page views, session duration, device and browser used, approximate location (country/region). IP addresses are anonymized. The maximum storage period is 14 months.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). You may revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings on this website.
